Our take
I've been using the EVICIV 23.8" 4K portable monitor for a few weeks now. The picture quality is sharp with vivid colors thanks to the IPS panel. I appreciate the built-in speakers for casual use and the headphone jack for private listening. The USB-C connectivity makes it easy to hook up to my laptop. However, at 60 Hz, it's not ideal for fast-paced competitive gaming. The 3 ms response time is decent but not top-tier. Overall, a solid choice for 4K portable work and light gaming, but don't expect high refresh rates.
